5 - Extensions

Extensions and ViewExtensions are a clever way of allowing anyone (and I mean, anyone) to extend Dynamo's capabilities in a modular and standardize way. They allow the developer to use the existing Dynamo API to inspect, track and/or react to (almost) anything happening inside Dynamo.

On this section we will explore what Extensions are, how they work and build some examples along the way.
